PVC suitcase

It is also the most commonly used and popular hard box material in the market. It has the characteristics of fall resistance, impact resistance, waterproof, wear resistance and fashion. It has excellent electrical insulation, extensibility, dimensional stability, chemical corrosion resistance, high strength, heat resistance and cold resistance; It also has the advantages of self extinguishing, flame retardant, non-toxic and colorable.

PC is made of bulletproof glass for banks and helmet masks for astronauts, so it can be thought that the cost is not low. Moreover, using 100% pure PC material to make suitcases also requires equipment and production technology, so at present, only high-end suitcase brands in the market will use this material. If there are shortcomings, it's a little expensive. In many suitcase quality test posts, we can see that pure PC material is the best in smash resistance, fall resistance and violence resistance. PP (polypropylene) suitcase

Polypropylene (PP plastic) is another excellent resin developed after nylon. It is a high-density, side chain free, highly crystalline linear polymer with excellent comprehensive properties. It is white, translucent and waxy when not colored. Transparency is also better than polyethylene, which is harder than polyethylene.

Curv material suitcase
